From Competencies to Careers: Supporting Student Growth with the ASU Career Readiness Inventory

The Career Readiness Inventory is a tool that helps student employees reflect on their strengths, identify growth areas, and explore how their on-campus role connects to their future career. In this workshop, supervisors will learn how to use the inventory, see how it aligns with ASU’s three student employment shared outcomes, and explore ways it can support meaningful feedback and conversations with their students.
