Level-Up Experiences
The following are recommended ways for you to practice and level-up your teamwork skills this month within your current job. Feel free to use these suggestions or come up with your own. Once you have finished an experience, be sure to add it to your accomplishment tracker.
Listen to Others
Prepare: Listening to others point of views is very important when doing work. Thinks of ways you can improve how you listen to your supervisor and coworkers. Incorporate other viewpoints into your work.
Take Action: Make sure you are actively listening and hearing what the other person is saying. Take time to understand and ask questions.
Reflect: Reflect on how your work improved through listening to others. Most likely, it will make your work suitable for a large audience!
Collaborate with a Team Member
Prepare: Use your personal strengths and strengths of a team member to collaborate on a project!
Take Action: Next project you have, think of who can collaborate with to make the outcome even better!
Reflect: Reflect on what collaborating brought to the project and how it elevated your work.
Build Strong Professional Relationship
Prepare: Building strong relationships is essential for working together as a team. Decide who you have good relationships with and what relationships you would like to work on.
Take Action: Work on improving your relationships. Ask others for help when you need it, ask them how they are doing, and communicate clearly.
Reflect: Reflect on how your relationships have grown.
