- Take Action - Complete both the old and new assigned tasks in a timely manner and to the best of your ability.
- Reflect - How can you continue to meet and exceed expectations?
Practice Professional Communication
- Prepare - Take some time to practice and build your professional communication skills.
- Take Action - Seek out an opportunity to conduct an informational interview, lead a meeting, or meet with your supervisor to practice your professional communication.
